A K Mechanical Services were involved in the redevelopment of Baskerville House, originally constructed in 1939 and the former administrative headquarters of Birmingham City Council.
The property was extended to include 2 additional storeys and now has 7 floors of multi-tenancy office space with up to date fittings and services, whilst preserving the character of the original building.
The leader of Birmingham City Council, Councillor Mike Whitby, said he was "delighted to welcome this glorious building back into use."
